Mr. Coffee web launch
Challenge: Mr. Coffee needed to launch a website to establish a new hip, brand position online to coincide with the launch of their new streamlined product line. The new site needed to coordinate with, and relate to, the launch of a new ad campaign, while at the same time establishing a unique look and feel that could stand alone once the campaign had run its course, and serve as an online catalog for Mr. Coffee's ever changing product line, in a format that would require a minimal amount of maintenance.
Solution: Hired by Foote Cone and Belding Advertising, Catalyst developed the website as an affinity site for coffee lovers, with a fresh new look, and fun, editorial content; recipes, articles, tips for entertaining, and brewing tips, along with a product catalog providing a depth of product information. In addition, Catalyst developed a content management tool that allows Mr. Coffee administrators to quickly and easily update key areas of the site and provide ongoing CRM through a Web-based interface.
