Talent Partners - online workflow

Challenge:
Talent Partners, the largest payroll manager for advertising royalty checks in the U.S., needed an integrated solution to streamline many - at the time offline - business processes to help them become more efficient, and thus serve their clients better. In addition, they needed a method to sell the concept internally to Talent Partners' owners. 

Solution:
Working closely with executive management, Catalyst defined an online workflow that contains every aspect of Talent Partners' business practices, from the talent search, to production to royalty payments. The system was defined to serve the needs of each audience, their clients, internal clients and vendors, integrate with existing systems, and allow users to customize the toolset provided to best meet their specific needs. This complex vision was brought to life with a scripted, Flash-animated roadshow that was used to successfully sell the program to both internal and external clients.
