Presidio Hotel Group - brand strategy, e-commerce, advertising, promotions, web launches
Challenge: Presidio Hotel Group, a hotel management company, needed to develop an updated brand strategy, update and expand its website, and develop several, corollary on and off line marketing projects for both Presidio and the individual hotel properties it manages. Presidio set an objective to build business at each of its hotels through a comprehensive e-room, e-commerce and customer acquisition strategy.
Solution: Presidio’s new logo and brand identity was developed and launched with an integrated web and print marketing campaign. An integrated e-commerce program was developed to attract co-op partners, refer business to Presidio and drive traffic and bookings. Flash-based websites, bridge pages and promotional offers were developed to support each property. A customer relationship management solution is being developed to retain customers via ongoing e-mail promotions.
