SODASM Careers Suite
 SODASM Careers Suite allows recruiters to easily manage applicants through a complete application workflow. Careers Suite is a collection of four independent systems, a Job Requisition Workflow, a Careers Portal, a Applicant Tracking System and a Metric System, developed to allow managers, executives and human resources staff to more easily manage the human resources needs of the organization, and interact with third party recruiters and job applicants.
Job Requisition Workflow
The SODASM Job Requisition Workflow allows managers to request a new position using the company intranet, and then track the position request, description, requirements, salary and details along with any changes as it goes through the executive management and human resources approval processes, automatically alerting the appropriate parties as the job requisition is approved, rejected or changed. Once approved the Job Requisition workflow generates a new job number and queues up the Careers Portal workflow.

Job location, description, title, job type, hours and salary range
Hiring, executive and departmental managers
Business, department and territory
It includes:

Automated alerts and tracking features
Careers Portal
The SODASM Careers portal interfaces with both the Job Requisition Workflow and the Applicant Tracking System, allowing recruiters to easily post new jobs openings to both a corporate website, recruiting sites, or a corporate internet, assign those jobs to a recruiter and track response. The careers portal supports both European and non European characters, and allows recruiters to easily print the openings and openings lists they posted online. It provides applicants a variety of tools to facilitate their search, including the ability to search jobs by location or job description.

Job number, location, description, title, job type, hours and salary range
Applicant name, contact information and resume
Submission date and time
It includes:
Recruiter ID and administration
An e-mail a friend feature and colleague feature
Applicant Tracking System
The SODASM Applicant Tracking System automatically receives and organizes resumes and pertinent information about job applicants according to both the job number and recruiter assigned by the Careers Portal for that job. Each recruiter has a personalized home page with a variety of user-friendly features to help them manage each candidate, including a job queue, a candidate view, candidate and job details, recruiter assignments, reporting tools, history, e-mail, tracking and search features.

Job number, location, description, title, job type, hours and salary range
Submission date and time, recruiter and referral information
Candidate details, including names, contact information, resumes, current employment, relocation and employment preferences, candidate history, the jobs they applied for recruiter status and e-mail history
It includes:
E-mail, reporting and administration features
Application status features
Resume and applicant search features
Metrics System
SODASM Metrics Systems allows global human resources management to track employee populations by month and year across dozens of relevant criteria and develop and share reports. This powerful toolset provides timely insight into the human resource needs of the organization, allowing senior management to be better informed and thus make more insightful and timely decisions.
The system captures:
Recruitment, staffing, performance, promotion, leavers, termination, turnover, absenteeism, budget and cost features
Raw scores, weights, points, stats and final scores per location/date
Gap and compound analysis tools
